Information We Collect
When you contact Axios CPA & Advisory Group through our website, by phone, or in person, we collect only the information necessary to respond to your inquiry and provide professional services. Through the website contact form this is your name, email address, phone number (optional), the service you are interested in, and your message. Please do not send Social Security numbers, account numbers, or copies of tax notices through the form.
How We Use Your Information
Information you provide is used solely to respond to your inquiry, deliver the professional services you engage us to provide, and meet our regulatory obligations as a Florida-licensed CPA firm. We do not sell, rent, or trade your information to third parties under any circumstances.
Confidentiality
Communications with Axios are subject to professional confidentiality obligations under AICPA standards and Florida Board of Accountancy rules. Engagement-specific information is not disclosed outside the engagement except as required by law or specifically authorized in writing by the client.
Data Security
This website is served only over encrypted HTTPS connections. The website itself does not provide a client portal; secure file exchange is provided to clients separately. We do not send personally identifiable information by unsecured email.
Service Providers and Cookies
This website does not use analytics, advertising, or tracking cookies, and we do not use Google Analytics. The following third-party services support the site:
Website hosting and contact form. The site is hosted by Netlify, Inc. Messages sent through the contact form are received and stored by Netlify Forms on our behalf and delivered to the firm. Like any web host, Netlify processes standard technical data (such as IP address and browser type) to deliver the site and protect it against abuse.
Google Maps. The Contact page embeds a Google Maps view of our office. When that page loads, Google may set its own cookies and receive your IP address and browser information, under Google’s privacy policy. If you prefer, our address appears at the bottom of every page, and you can open directions in the maps application of your choice.
Google Fonts. Page fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address and browser information when a page loads.
Data Retention
Information submitted through the website is retained only as long as needed to respond to your inquiry and as required by professional standards and applicable law. If you become a client, engagement records are retained in accordance with those same professional and legal requirements.
